Calloway Survival ("we", "us") keeps this simple: we do not collect personal information through this website. We do not run an email signup, and we do not sell or share personal data. This policy explains the little that does happen when you visit or buy.

What we do not collect

We have no contact form, no newsletter, and no account signup on this site. We do not ask you for your name, email, or phone number, and we do not build profiles of visitors.

Purchases

When you buy a product, checkout and delivery are handled entirely by our sales platform, Gumroad. You provide your payment and email details to Gumroad, not to us, and it processes your order under its own privacy policy. We receive only what we need to fulfill the order and provide support, such as your order details and the email you used at checkout. We never see or store your full payment card information.

Support email

If you email us, we receive your email address and whatever you include in your message. We use it only to reply and resolve your request, we keep the correspondence only as long as needed for support and records, and we never add you to any mailing list.

Hosting and analytics

This site is served by our hosting provider (Cloudflare), which may automatically log basic technical data such as IP address and browser type for security and reliability, as described in their privacy policy. Our pages also load fonts from Google Fonts, which means your browser requests those font files from Google's servers, and Google may log technical data such as your IP address as described in its privacy policy. If we use analytics, we use privacy-friendly analytics that report aggregate visit counts and do not identify individual visitors. We do not set advertising or tracking cookies of our own.

Your rights

Because we do not collect personal information here, there is little for us to access or delete. For anything related to a purchase, contact us and we will help, or contact the sales platform that processed your order. Depending on where you live, you may have additional legal rights, which we will honor.

Changes

If we ever start collecting information (for example, adding an email signup), we will update this policy first and change the date above.
